Polygamist Bill Henrickson has not been himself lately. The stress of opening the second of his "Henrickson's Home Plus" superstores has been getting to him, and he's struggling to keep up with the mounting demands from his wives and kids at home.

Bill compensates for rising demands at home and looks for protection from Roman's henchmen.

Nicki plans an extravagant birthday party for her son Wayne, much to Bill's chagrin. Bill meanwhile installs a perimeter of defence around his home while Barb tries to keep the family's secret hidden from their neighbours.

Bill seeks clarity after experiencing some unsettling dreams. Later, on a hunting trip with Ben, he gets the answer for which he's been searching. In addition, the family has its hands full during a lunar eclipse.

Bill and Barb's behaviour arouses Nicki's suspicions. Meanwhile, Bill and Don get dirt on Roman after placing an anonymous call to Attorney General's "Polygamy Czar". Margene embraces the friendship of her neighbour Pam, raising concerns from the other wives.

Bill heads to Juniper Creek to attend the funeral of his father's first wife, and to make Roman a settlement proposal he may or may not be able to refuse. Lois sees Roberta's demise as an opportunity to rise to First Wife, and Barb bails Nicki out of a jam at Home Plus.

Bill considers launching an expensive new marketing campaign for Home Plus. Alby finds novel ways to occupy his time after being excused from the Henrickson case. Barb discovers Nicki's not-so-little secret, and Roman gives his answer to Bill's settlement proposal.

Having been evicted from their temporary lodgings, Franklin, his wives and dog descend on Bill's just in time for Easter - as does Joey, who's looking for a fresh start. Furthermore, Bill surprises Roman with a final settlement offer.

Bill celebrates being free and clear from Roman, but the Prophet's meddling might not be over. Nicki drops a bombshell on Bill, hoping for forgiveness but fearing the worst. Don falls hard for a woman named Betty, while a vote-obsessed Margene leaves Chad hanging.

Barb gets an unwanted visitor who strongly disapproves of the family's lifestyle. As his feud with Roman intensifies, Bill attempts to infiltrate the UEB Priesthood Council. Margene botches her chores, sees a friendship end, and is transformed at Teenie's baptism.

The Henricksons' public stock is rising as Barb finds herself a finalist for Mother of the Year and Bill is asked to become the newest member of the Salt Lake City Leadership League. Meanwhile, the three wives mull over custody scenarios in their separate wills.

Bill and Joey blindside Roman at a UEB Priesthood Council meeting but their triumph is undermined by Wanda. Adaleen puts an end to Rhonda's thespian sabbatical. Nicki's family loyalties are tested, and Barb seizes the spotlight at the Mother of the Year Award ceremony.
