The 11th season premiere finds Barney enjoying eating pistachios so much that he just can't stop chowing down. Also: while putting together a baseball team, BJ isn't sure that he wants Riff, who's not good at the sport, to be on it.

Baby Bop learns the importance of politeness, including saying please and thank you; Riff creates a robot to pick up litter, but things don't work as planned.

Baby Bop becomes a tad bossy with her friends, so Barney steps in; a nervous Melanie goes on her first overnight campout.

When Baby Bop can't find a story she hasn't already heard, Barney and pals tell her an old story (“Little Red Riding Hood”) in a new way---by singing it. Also: B.J. allows the others to believe that he painted a portrait of Barney when, in fact, he didn't.

BJ wants to fly his kite on the spot where Baby Bop set up a lemonade stand; Rachel learns the importance of keeping Earth clean after she litter sin the park.

B.J. feels left out when Riff makes a new friend. Also: Ryan is disappointed when he can't go to the movies because his grandfather is visiting, but his sadness turns to gladness because his grandpa turns out to be a lot of fun.

Baby Bop wants to play, but the others are busy working in the garden; Riff tries to identify a sound he heard in the park.

BJ loses everyone's circus tickets; Baby Bop is upset when a flower she nurtured dies on a cold morning.

A visit to a ranch shows the importance of working together; the gang meets a sad little girl in the park and tries to cheer her up.

B.J. wants to emulate Terry's basketball prowess, but can't match the teenager's moves. Also: while camping with Barney and pals in the park, Baby Bop spots a falling star and sets out to return it to the sky.

Ryan tries to be like Barney, and in the process learns what makes himself special. Also: Baby Bop becomes frustrated when everyone keeps telling her “no.”

Ryan is tempted to not follow the rules of a fishing contest. Also: After Riff meets someone with a hearing problem, Barney tells him and the others about how Beethoven wrote music even after he went deaf.

Riff can't decide on a Halloween costume. Also: when Barney and the gang go trick-or-treating, one of his pals realizes too late that he has a hole in his bag.

When the kids put on a dog show, BJ feels left out because he doesn't have one. Also: Barney explains about thinking for one's self instead of following a crowd.

Riff builds a rocket ship in an effort to fly to Mars; Barney explains to Baby Bop what a mother is.

Baby Bop becomes concerned when her blankey appears to be shrinking; the gang puts on a play about going to the dentist in order to salve a worried Riff's soul.

After Marcos accidentally breaks Melanie's art-show project, Barney helps him see that honesty is the best policy in such matters. Also: Barney's friend Myra wants to change her name.

When Melanie is down in the dumps because she misses a friend who's visiting family in India, Barney takes her on a trip in the Magic Caboose. Also: Baby Bop helps BJ with his magic act, but when he makes her disappear she's afraid she's really vanished.

After Barney explains that giving gifts is more important than receiving them on Christmas, BJ and Riff decide to give each other their dream presents. Also: Barney takes Melanie to the North Pole to hand-deliver her letter to Santa.

The 11th-season finale finds Riff creating a musical zoo with instruments that sound like animals; and Baby Bop learning about friendship and promises.
