In the aftermath of her exposure at the Governor's mansion, Barb retreats into her own world, leaving Nicki & Margene to take up the slack. Hell-bent on learning who betrayed the family, Bill gathers evidence against employee Wendy, giving Don an ultimatum to fire her.

Home Plus billboards have been defaced, leading Bill and Don to scramble for repairs and a rethinking of Bill's public face on Home Plus. In the midst of crises, Bill and Barb forget Nicki's anniversary, and Joey makes a decision that will have far-ranging implications.

Bill and Nicki drive to Juniper Creek for a family reunion - and a council vote Bill hopes to leverage against Roman in the case against Joey. Barb catches Ben in a compromising position with Margene. Back home, Bill discusses a radical, polygamy-proof business option.

Bill's anxieties over his upcoming testimony in Joey's case are compounded by the presence of Rhonda, who threatens to blackmail Nicki. Looking to provide long-term security for his family, Bill meets with Carter Reese, owner of a polygamy-friendly slot-machine company.

Discussing his sideline business with Don over lunch, Bill finds himself drawn to an attractive young waitress named Ana. Nicki worries over Wayne's enrollment at a Catholic school. At Home Plus, Bill finds his deal with Weber Gaming jeopardised by Reese's impatience.

Having uncovered Bill's secret, Margene befriends an unsuspecting Ana, then arranges lunch with the unequally unsuspecting Barb and Nicki to introduce them to their prospective sister-wife. Bill discovers an underground polygamist group have resurfaced with a vengeance.

Margene's dysfunctional past is illuminated when her mother pays a visit to the Henricksons. With tensions high as the FBI close in on the fugitive polygamist leader, Bill plays a dangerous end-game to land Weber Gaming, pitting Roman against the Greenes and vice-versa.

Stressed out and exhausted, Bill proposes he take a night off from the wives every seventh day. With the Weber deal still in doubt, Bill continues to play both sides of the dispute, hoping to incite Roman to take retaliatory measures that will finish off the Greenes.

Bill enlists Nicki to sell Barb and Margene on Weber Gaming, with predictable results. Burned by Frank, Lois fights to get back into Bill's good graces, and turns to an unexpected source for advice. Rhonda finds another way to make herself the centre of attention.

Rebuffed by Barb, Bill asks Margene to accompany him to a Bar Owner's trade convention. Nicki tries to orchestrate a celebration at Juniper Creek, but ends up moving it to her house when Alby objects. Rhonda hits a new low in blackmailing Sarah, and Roman returns home.

Liberated by his trip to the convention, Bill makes Alby a tempting offer in the wake of Nicki's disclosure about Weber Gaming. Barb learns her mother is getting remarried and decides to try to make peace with her estranged family, and Pam makes Margene a proposition.

Foiled by Alby in his attempt to gain UEB support, Bill resorts to a new tack to try to bring down his nemeses. Preparing for the festivities surrounding Salt Lake City's Pioneer Week parade, the Henricksons are rocked by the appearance of an unexpected guest.
