In a small Patagonian town, Luis returns home to find his wife with severe stab wounds. She tells him that he’s in danger and that he should escape with their baby daughter. Luciana, a 16-year old sees him leaving and discovers his wife’s body.

Years later, Luis now has a new identity in Buenos Aires and goes by the name Omar. Luciana, who is now a young adult, confronts Omar about what had happened thirteen years ago. An anonymous tip forces officer Carabajal to reopen the old case of Luis’ wife’s murder.

Omar tells his daughter the truth about the death of her mother. Luciana helps Omar evade the police when they turn up at the night school.

Susana receives a photo sent by officer Carabajal of Omar taken years ago and asks if he is a student at her school. She is later shocked when Omar walks into the principles office to talk to her.

Convinced that Omar is the suspect the police are looking for, Susana calls the police to inform them that he is a student at the school. Rita and Carabajal travel to Buenos Aires together to catch Omar and find her niece.

After Omar is arrested by the police, Burna believes that it was Luciana who gave him away. Luciana visits the courthouse pretending to be Omar’s lawyer in order to see him, but Bruna arrives at the same time with an actual lawyer to defend him.

At the courthouse, Omar gets some good news when the results for a fingerprint match are negative. Vito confronts Luciana when he finds out she was lying about being with Juani.

Rita sneaks into Bruna’s room through the window when she is not around and takes photos for evidence. Vito sends a message to Omar pretending to be Luciana and asks him to meet at a storehouse.

Omar finds himself in trouble when he falls into Vito’s trap at the storehouse. Luciana’s past comes back to haunt her when Bruna finds Jimena’s body.

Omar confronts Vito after he was brutally attacked by three hooded men. Luciana visits Omar at the hostel and sees something that shocks her.

Luciana is jealous and heartbroken after seeing Omar with Griselda. Omar and Luciana find themselves trapped together when a fire breaks out at the school.

Vito becomes even more jealous when Omar carries Luciana out of the burning school. Omar finally comes face-to-face with Rita when she visits Bruna at home.

Omar tries to talk to Rita, but she’s convinced he murdered Iracema. Things get worse for Omar when she later sneaks into his bedroom and threatens him with a weapon.

Omar wakes up but does not know whether his encounter with Rita was really happened or if it was just a dream. He later gets a call from his grandfather who could be in danger.

After fearing for his grandfather’s safety, Omar decides to travel to Lago Mistico to see him. Once there, Omar is surprised by a driver when a car pulls over to give him a lift.

Luis and Luciana visit Damian at the retirement home, but a local recognizes him and informs the police. Vito knows Luciana has traveled to the south plans to get back at her.

Luis manages to escape Lago Mistico along with his grandfather and Bruna is upset with her father for not telling her about him. Meanwhile, Vito’s jealously almost leads him to violence.

Vito comes face-to-face Omar and lets him know why he and Luciana could never be in a relationship. Meanwhile, Omar’s grandfather notices a man spying on them.

Vito and Griselda team up together to drive Omar and Luciana part. Luis gets a call from Griselda with news that could put Bruna in danger.

Luciana wakes up in the back of a van tied up after being kidnapped. Everyone is shocked about the kidnapping, except for Vito who has something sinister planned.

Luciana is saved from her kidnappers, but her savior has his own agenda. Luis attempts to see Luciana but she refuses and holds him responsible for the kidnapping.

Vito continues his strategy of playing nice in front of Luciana. Luciana is reacquainted with her ex-boyfriend.

Luis faces Bruna’s wrath when she accuses him of hiding the fact that she had an aunt. Luis also suspects that Rita may have been poisoned when she collapses into his arms.

Luis is furious with Vito when he accidentally runs over Bruna. Nelson discovers the toxic substance that caused Rita’s poisoning.

Bruna finds out that Vito ran her over and was also the person who saved her life by donating blood. Rita believes Jose is the person responsible for poisoning her.

Griselda informs Luis that she has discovered Iracema’s killer, so he joins Officer Carabajal to catch the culprit. Luciana has a romantic dinner with her ex-boyfriend Osqui.

Grateful for everything she has done to help him, Luis gets very intimate with Griselda. Luis and Luciana attend a birthday party at the school, but the fun comes to an end when an intruder with a gun crashes the party.

When the confrontation between the gunman and Osqui does not reach a conclusion, Luis steps in to deal with the matter. Grandfather Damian spies on Vito and discovers something shocking.

Damian accuses Vito and Griselda of being murderers after spying on them, but before he can tell anyone about his discovery, he has a stroke. Luis and Luciana discover the identity of person Damian was following.

Martha invites Vito to a building site, but he could be walking into a trap. Meanwhile, someone makes a surprise visit at Damian’s funeral.

Maria Martha spares Vito’s life but only under certain conditions. Luciana decides to leave the city to get away from everyone but is unaware that she’s being followed.

Vito receives a visit from a drug dealer which results in someone losing their life. Commissioner Saldana warns Luis against continuing his investigation into Iracema’s death.

Vito seeks answers after receiving an image of Griselda’s car at the museum parking lot the day Damian died.

Luciana finds out that Titan received a bank transfer from Vito and seeks an explanation. Meanwhile, someone is tampering with a DNA sample that may prove whether Estrada is guilty or not.

Luis finally learns the truth about Iracema’s killer when Estrada’s DNA test results become available. Vito shows up at Luciana’s photo exhibit and her feelings for him begin to grow.

Luis investigates Griselda’s claims about meeting a real estate client on the day Damian died. Luciana makes a decision which will affect her future with Vito.

Luciana finds an old photo of Vito with a woman in Brazil and is shocked when she discovers the person that took the picture.

Luciana seeks an explanation from Vito about the old photo she found. Luis comes face-to-face with Luciana again when they are both invited to dinner.

Luciana is startled and seeks help from Luis and Griselda when Yanina tells her about her incident with Vito. Vito devises a plan to make Luciana doubt Yanina’s story.

Griselda attempts to cover her tracks after murdering yanina. Luciana and Vito start couples therapy.

Luis tells Luciana the truth about why he is with Griselda after he finds out about Luciana’s plans to be with Vito.

Griselda becomes jealous when she sees Luciana and Luis together. Luciana confesses she is in love with another man during a therapy session, not knowing that Vito is secretly listening in.

Vito manipulates Luciana to make her believe what she is going through is pathological. Luis learns that what happened to him at the building site was no accident.

Flavio wants to put an end to his family’s suffering by murdering Vito, but his plan goes horribly wrong. Luciana catches her mother and Vito in a very intimate situation.

With the help of her doctor, Vito makes Luciana believe that she was hallucinating when she saw him and Maria Martha together, but Vito’s lies are on the verge of being exposed.

Luis decides to moves out of Griselda’s house and she begins to feel desperate when her plan falls apart. Vito continues to drug Luciana and its begin to take its toll on her.

Luis finds an opportunity to see Luciana and realizes that she is drugged. Vito finds himself in a difficult situation which will take extreme measures to get out of.

Vito plays the victim when Luciana learns the truth about his crimes leaving her feeling even more confused. Luis discovers something shocking while digging in the backyard of Griselda’s house to fix a pipe.

Luis reports the dead body he found buried in the back yard of Griselda’s home to the police. Luciana decides to skip her medication and begins to realize that Vito has not been truthful.

Vito visits Luciana drunk and angry after she decides to leave him and he gets himself into a fight with Luis. Meanwhile, Griselda seeks help to get rid of incriminating evidence in her house.

Luis flees with Luciana to the house he is building. Vito becomes furious when he learns of this and decides to go after them to kill them.

Vito watches as Luis’ house burns down while both he and Luciana are inside asleep, but someone arrives just in time to save Luis.

Luciana pretends to forgive Vito for everything he has done to her as part of her plan to gather incriminating evidence to prove his crimes.

Luis decides to report Griselda to the police after he hears Omar Pereya yell Griselda poisoned him before collapsing from a heart attack. Luciana manages to get a hold of some negatives of pictures where Vito is with Iracema.

Some quick-thinking by Luis prevents Maria Martha from seeing him with Luciana. Luis and Luciana also attempt to gain access to a security box at a hotel which could contain evidence that incriminates Vito.

Luis and Luciana discover a pen-drive in the security box they broke into but Jose is unable to break its encryption. Luis feels guilty when Omar Pereya’s autopsy results show that he did not die of poisoning.

Griselda takes advantage of the fact that autopsy results prove she is innocent by making Luis feel guilty. Vito becomes suspicious of Luciana’s intentions and begins to follow her.

Luciana becomes furious with Vito when he tries to get intimate with her, and in her anger, calls him a murderer. She manages to escape but Vito has another plan to get her back.

Vito kidnaps Bruna and gives Luis 24 hours to exchange her for Luciana. Luis and Jose are in a race against time to track Vito’s location and rescue Bruna.

Luis and Jose track Vito’s location but they find out they have fallen right into his trap. In an attempt to save Bruna’s life, Luis confesses that Vito is her father.

Omar finally reveals the truth to Bruna, that Vito is her father. But she doesn’t take the news well and runs away. Jose gets an order to arrest Vito and his accomplices.

Jose visits Luciana’s apartment hoping to find clues about Vito’s whereabouts. Luis falls for one of Vito’s traps and is held at gunpoint.

The coastal guard attempt to look for Vito after getting into a struggle with Luis and falling into a river. Luis is arrested after his encounter with Vito and loses all hope of clearing his name, but a surprise visitor at the jail may change that.

Griselda becomes Luis’ defense attorney and seeks Luciana’s help to get a disgruntled Bruna to assist them in clearing his name. Luciana discovers she could be pregnant.

Luciana attempts to tell Luis that she’s pregnant, but after he gets into a fight in prison, he is put in solitary confinement. Jose gets a call from the coastal guard informing him that they have found a body in the river. Could it be Vito?

Luis is ecstatic that Luciana is pregnant, but Bruna’s anger towards him still bothers him greatly. Griselda believes that Vito is still alive after recalling him being the person who attacked her.

Luis sneaks into the jail’s workshop to make a crib for his unborn child, but later discovers that someone has destroyed it. Meanwhile, an intruder enters Luciana’s bedroom while sleeping and she is shocked to find out his identity.

Luciana wakes up from a very vivid nightmare and realizes how much she needs Luis in her life. Juani and Bruna put together a risky plan to allow communication between Luis and Luciana.

Everyone is on alert when Luciana receives a message from Vito stating he is still alive. Luis is in danger when a couple on inmates plan to attack him in jail.

Vito visits Luciana in the middle of the night and offers to help Luis’ release from jail, but at a cost. Luis is happy that he will be released from jail and be reunited with Luciana, but is unaware of the deal she has made with Vito.

Luciana says goodbye to Luis even though he is unaware that she is leaving him. Luis is anxious to be released from jail but does not realize that an inmate is planning to kill him at the behest of Vito.

Luis manages to get the better of the inmate trying to kill him and gets him to confess that he’s working for Vito. Once out of jail, he finds himself in a race against time to stop Vito leaving with Luciana.

Luis makes it just in time to rescue Luciana before Vito is able to disappear with her. Vito is arrested but refuses to confess to his crimes and Griselda has no plans to let Luis and Luciana remain together.

Griselda’s plan to kill Luciana fails when Luis rescues her from drowning in the pool. Luciana and Florencia look for evidence to incriminate Vito.

Iracema’s message is deciphered and it discloses the location of the murder weapon. Jose asks a local cop in Lago Mistico to find the weapon, but right when he does, Alejandro shows up.

The murder weapon is now with Maria Marta who uses it as part of her strategy to be with Vito, and an attempts on Vito’s life leaves Luciana’s mother hanging on for her life.

Vito is taken to prison and immediately begins to plan his escape. Nelson and Rita want Vito dead and devise a plan to take him out.

Vito’s plan to escape his incarceration during transportation is on, but before it happens, Rita and Nelson implement their own plan and kidnap him.

Jose and Luis attempt to track down Rita before she can murder Vito. Meanwhile, Luciana discovers that Griselda is Vito’s accomplice.

Vito escapes with Luis as his hostage and tells Luciana to meet him alone. After she gets into a struggle with Vito, she points her gun at him ready to shoot, but Griselda suddenly shows up with a gun as well.
